When big life changes happen, it can be hard to adjust.

Do you feel overwhelmed and unprepared for the challenges life is throwing at you?

Do you need to make big decisions or adjust to unfair life changes and don’t know where to start?

I help women in their 20s-30s navigate life transitions related to grief and loss, relationships, family, and work.

I can help if you are struggling with any of the following:

  • becoming a caregiver
  • changes in your family (eg. birth of a baby, aging parents, etc.)

  • job or career changes
  • graduation from school or going back to school

Life transitions make you question what you thought you knew about yourself and the people around you.

Going through changes you didn't ask for and didn't want can be especially hard to accept.

It's common to feel angry, sad, bitter, or confused. Some life transitions can even be traumatic.

Losing your regular routine or familiar surroundings can be unsettling and uncomfortable.

The thought of building a new life for yourself can be daunting and scary.

Negative emotions, self-doubt, and second-guessing can keep you feeling stuck when big shifts happen, but you’re not alone. I’m passionate about helping people face life changes with confidence and self-compassion.

You don’t have to keep feeling lost and alone--together, we'll build your confidence so you can feel empowered and get your life on track.

How do I help?

I’m easy to talk to and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself and also have some laughs.

I’ll help you gain a new understanding of yourself and learn powerful coping strategies for facing all of life’s twists and turns.

Together, we can:

  • explore how the change has affected your identity, sense of self, and confidence--as well as how you see other people and the world
  • find new coping strategies that are more effective in your new situation
  • challenge unhelpful thinking that keeps you stuck
  • process grief and negative emotions that keep you from moving forward, like anger, guilt, regret, shame, and disbelief
  • explore how past traumatic experiences may influence your reactions to your current situation
  • move towards acceptance of your new reality so you can move forward and build a fulfilling life for yourself and your loved ones

Based on your unique situation and needs, I'll draw from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to help you reach your goals.

Go from feeling lost and stuck to feeling empowered, confident, and hopeful.

If you want help with big life changes, I’m ready to walk alongside you every step of the way.
